Principal
Babak (Bobby) Bagheri is an established Maryland entrepreneur who owns North Development. As the head of the company, he pursues strategies for purchasing, tearing down, and rebuilding on sites with investment potential. Focused on residential single-family properties, Babak (Bobby) Bagheri performs due diligence and arranges financing. He also works to obtain permits and coordinates closely with architects in defining objectives within set budget parameters.
In guiding complex projects to completion, Mr. Bagheri draws on experience in the area of real estate transactional law. Having completed a political science and history degree magna cum laude at Case Western Reserve University, he earned his juris doctor at the George Washington University School of Law.
Babak (Bobby) Bagheri began in the mid-1990s as an associate with Levi, Perry, Simmons & Loots, with a focus on banking, corporate, and securities law. His responsibilities included the review of regulatory filings and the organization of corporate entities and LLCs. Mr. Bagheri most recently led North Law, where he maintained a client-driven focus on the development, financing, and transactional aspects of real estate assets.
